May purchase tonight, advice would be appreciated
Got a bug up my arse to take a look at some lightly used LR3s over the past weekend. There seems to be a good bit of 05s and 06s with 25-30K for $30K in my area. That got me into the dealership. When I was there they had two demos with 5K miles that appeared to be deeply discounted.
I wanted to get US owner's thoughts on how good a deal this is.
LR3 one: Silver HSE 2007, mileage 4,500. Not sure what is standard or optional (I was looking back in 2005 when a lot of this was optional) but it has 7 seats, adaptive lights, nav, cooler center console, cold weather. Price $36,100 or exactly $20K off of sticker.
LR3 two: Red SE 2007, mileage 5,500. Pretty much everything the HSE has but 18" wheels, no adaptive lights and the smaller sound system. Price $34,500, again $20K off of sticker. The Red one also has rear light guards and all weather mats. Though it smells Heavily cleaned where the HSE smells new.
I am leaning twords the Red SE as I like the color better and the wheels and lights are not deal breakers to me.
Is there anything I should consider? Am I missing something or is this as good of a deal as it seems?
Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated.
