Ok, I have to agree with Elemental. Although we don't know the history of how she got where she is now, there has to be some morning when you roll over on that hand brake between the seats and that just realize "I have screwed up my life, I should change something." For example in south Atlanta, I can buy 4 acres and 3000 sq ft for $300,000. I don't think you can do much in California with that.
Americans are screwing themselves everyday. Considering the average credit card debt is over $10,000 as well as making an average auto loan payment of over $500 there is no wonder we can't stand tough times. These two things people think are unalienable requirements. I don't have either of these and don't ever want another. Most people think they will pay a mortgage forever.....that's ridiculous as well. It just takes a change in perspective. Be responsible for yourself.
