I found this post useful.
So I took my 99DII to get the tires balanced and rotated and found that I had one lug completely rounded off. They basically said they couldn't do anything for me and refunded my money.
It actually wasn't that bad of a fix. I just took a pair of vice grips and locked on the lug, then hit the end of the wrench with a hammer. It took 3-4 tries but the cap eventually came off.
