the same thing happened to me with my disco on both sides. I don't think there's a bladder down there on any discos but on mine there's a mesh with like rubber things on the sides and hooks on the ends (They connect to the tubular frame of the seat). kinda like a little hammock for the seat. well the rubber parts just ripped, so I sowed them back up with 40 pound test fishing line. and to this day they haven't broken apart. It looks like some sort of rough synthetic fiber mesh. the rubber on the sides look like dental dams made out of inner tuber rubber.
It's easy to fix. All you gotta do is unhook the seat cover from underneath. A small screw driver might help for leverage on the front side(the hooks are wide there). Then simply remove the foam seat and get a piggy bank and vacuum cleaner ready. you might see a lot of coins and funky stuff under the seat. If you wanna take out the seats you're gonna need some Torx bits or sockets <I recommend a ratchet because those bolts are in there really tight. also be ready with the vacuum because the foam seat is gonna be dropping stuff all over the place. once your done sewing up the hammock looking thing. You might need a screw driver to help you leverage the hooks onto the tubular frame because if you sow it right, it will be a very tight fit.
