Commenting on the above, I have a '97 Disco. I could hardly get my socket on the lugs and then couldn't get it off again. The stainless covers were so distorted from tire store abuse. I grabbed my lug with a pair of vise grips and slid a bolt through the hole in the lug. A couple of good wacks with a hammer sent the cover flying. All of the lugs were in great shape underneath as they are cadmium plated. They have a very distintive look now that sets my otherwise common alloys apart. Other guys have asked me where I found the custom lugs. Would do it again in a heart-beat.
