They may not necessarily be related but check the following:
F6 25amp Blower – Rear (A/C only)
F7 30amp Blower – Front
F31 10amp ATC / Blower - Fresh recirculated air motor (Non A/C)
On vehicles with rear air conditioning fitted, a 40 Amp in-line fuse is located
behind the LH rear quarter trim panel, taped to the harness. The in-line fuse
protects the resistor pack used for rear blower motor speed operation. Failure
of the fuse will prevent blower operation in speeds 1, 2 and 3. The fastest
speed 4 will still operate when the fuse has failed.
If your fuses are the correct amps and in good condition then you will have to trace the fault back from the fuse that has blown. It could be a mechanical condition such as a fan is stalling due to an obstruction or failed bearing etc. Or it could be an electrical fault such as a fan motor windings earthing out.
