Okay just got home and checked the fuses.
Under the hood. Fuse number 2, 15 amp (blue) is popped. I put a second in, and it popped.
The Owner's Manual says it is Engine management system.
So with the codes telling me about a direct short and this fuse popping.... what ever that fuse is in line with is shorted to ground most likely.
I guess I'll start looking in the Rave.
