I changed it out, it is still leaking. My old seal did not have any problem.
When I was pulling everything out, I noticed the leak was not coming between the tube and the hub, oil trail was originated between the axle flange and the hub body, where things rotate.
It is not just the hub wears but the hub itself has seals in it.
I just hope this is the last thing I have to fix for awhile.
