Default 97 LRRR 4.0 SE - Radio Fuse Location

My radio died and it was suggested to remove the radio and replace the fuse in the rear. I removed the radio but cannot find the fuse mentioned. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I checked the fuse under the passenger seat and it looks ok but . . . I guess since I removed the fuse I will have to enter the 'code' once I get the fused replaced. I bought the truck used a year ago and don't have a code. Any suggestions how/where to get the code other than the dealer. I assume the dealer will want $$$ for a code. Thanks again for any help.

UPDATE:
This radio 'thing' gets weirder by the moment. I got the code from the dealer. Dealer suggested I disconnect neg. battery terminal for a few minutes, reconnect and enter code. So, I disconnected for 5 minutes and turned on the radio. The screen is still lit but blank AND the radio is playing. But . . . now with the radio on there's a beep about every second and when I turn the key off I get more beeps and message re: windows, etc. and then beep stops. With the screen blank there's no indication when to enter the code. I know this sounds confusing but is there anyone who can suggest who to turn off/reset the radio beep?
