I will add that if it's the 4.0 v8 in the 92 that they had issues with the niksal(sp) engines.

Other than that Rugbier, hit it on the head though if it's the v12 be prepared. I had by the grace of God a chance to experience one of those in 97 on the Autobahn. It will cause a pucker factor with flat out speed and agility. That car is sex with a shifter and tires. They are a pain to work on and parts are expensive. If they are both v12's though I would highly recommend the 6 speed, you'll not regret it other than your cheeks hurting from the grin.

Also I'll hate you for the rest of my days if you have that and your mustang....
