Not too sure what to do about your radio but all the windows warnings are because you have to reset them whenever you disconnect the battery. Put the key into the ignition and start the car. You'll get the beeps and warnings. Then starting with the driver's window, open it all the way and then close it all the way. Then the front passenger window. Then the rear passenger side window and last the rear driver side window. As you do each, it should give you the message "xx window set". If you have an electric sunroof its probably a tilt and slide. So first slide it open all the way and then close. Then tilt open all the way and close. You've now reset all windows and the sunroof. Unfortunately, you have to do this each time the battery is disconnected. Hope it works for you.
