Right now black rims are the norm for 4 wheeling. Black steel rims that can take a beating and keep on going. I don't know what the smallest rim size you can run with your trucks brake setup. 15" would allow the best selection of rims and tires, but 16" would be your 2nd best bet.

Those are the most popular/common black steel rim designs. If you don't like black you could always go chrome/polished but you loose some of the 4x4 look.

Tire wise not knowing how much you drive every day, and what kind of terrain you wheel in, with a 70/30 ratio your looking at the All Terrain category. BFG A/T KO, General Grabber AT/2, Nitto Terra Grappler, are just a few brand names that come to mind. They will on average last more than 50k, and will give you good on-road performance plus improved off-road performance. If you can live with a slightly louder tire, and only lasts 40-45k or so, you could go with a mud terrain. But that depends also on if you wheel in the mud regularly or not. If you go that route BFG Mud KM2s are the most popular by far, but you also have options from Goodyear in the MTR, Procomp Mud Terrain, and a couple other choices.
