I went through a similar series of events that led me to do all that you have done plus replacing the coil and ignition module before curing it. Since then, all ok. Wait - I did also end up having to replace the intertia switch too as that then started affecting things when trying to get it going again. Was probably coincidence, but the module and coil are the only 2 items left you need to look at.
