69 Series II, A, in need.
A friend just got this rig. It's been sitting, as shown in the photo, for years. He cant find a Vin #. Anywhere. We've looked in all the right places. Any suggestions? And, what if there isn't one? Do we find a parts rig and buy the title off some one willing to sell it? Any takers? Also, who is the best for parts and restoration on this project? Thanks so much.
