Default Dash board lights

I have a 2000 Disco II its a good vehicle me and my mom run them on the ranch. However I put it in a barn (My Stupidity) until just a week ago(out of state) well it had a rough idle a flashing service engine light on I looked closer to what the ratatuly family had done and notice needed some wires a vac tub chewed and several wires that needed rewired did this all and replaced wires plugs and well still runs okay but acts sluggish like bad gas in tank and the shifting of the trans is kinda hard now. The lights that are stuck on are:
ABS Light
Service engine soon flashing
Traction Control
Brake light
Transmission light temp came on and went off
and the cruise control doest work either.
Should I thermite it?
would like some advice and help I have restored/ worked on Minis old and new Handfuls of bmws a couple real Jags .(before ford bought them,Ford builds a good truck) and mercedes opels etc.
