Default Engine replacement after oil pump failure

Hey there - so my extended warranty has finally paid off - I just got final approval for a full engine replacement after my oil pump exploded a few weeks ago.

Question 1: is there anything I should have the dealer do while he's got the engine out?

Question 2: is there anything I should point out to the dealer to pay attention to in order to avoid any side effects that might come up as a result of the replacement?

I have a stock 2004 D2 with 47k on it which manages a few times a year to find it's way to some choice offroad destinations around the so cal desert.

Thanks for the help... you know how those delears are, anyone really- they focus on the immediate issue without looking too far ahead. It would be great to take advantage of your hard earned 1st hand experience to help avoid some of the unknown problems that I'm guessing will come up.
