Default New in New Mexico

Hey RoversOnly,

1st things 1st, Vehicle Specs:
2001 Disco SE
Stock

Picked up this '01 Disco in April and JUST got a chance to take it out! It was a gorgeous sunny day, perfect for wheeling in the morning, kind of cool and crisp still. The goal of the day was to get a better feel for the vehicle before I do anything serious with it. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED It was kind of like learning to drive again; driving just for the fun of it. There are no pics, but I did some wheeling in sandy washes and I was really impressed with the landy's performance in sand. So I covered rocks and sand, hoping to evaluate the need for any upgrades, even though I will probably do some upgrades "just because", it will help to have some justification.

Check out the photo ops. More to come as the vehicle is built.
