Inspect and replace the front seal on the tranny, order and give them a new set of 8 mm Magnacor wires to install while the engine is being replaced, and the rest of the stuff, if they don't know it, you are in trouble.
By the way, are you getting a new or used engine, if used, you want the vinn of the vehicle that the engine is coming from to make sure you are not getting another problem.
