Default Help me with my 94 Range Rover!

Hey guys,

So I bought my first Range Rover knowing it needed a head gasket. I took it in to a European Speciality mechanic and they redid the head gasket. Since then they have not been able to get it to stop blowing coolant out of the coolant reservoir. I have taken it back 4 times and it still does the same thing. They have replaced the reservoir tank and cap and re-flushed the entire system.

I only need to drive it about 10km for it to 'pop'. It doesn't seem to overheat according to the gauge, although the engine compartment gets quite warm IE: the pole that holds the hood up is pretty hot to the touch. It also starts to sound really knockey (not a word). I have attached a couple videos and unfortunately the sound on it didn't really come through well. The knocking is much louder in person.

Check the videos out here:

Any ideas guys?
