Anything can be made to bolt to anything, but I'm pretty sure the crank bolt pattern on the 200Tdi is different from a V8 crank. You could get a flexplate and TC from a RR or Disco, and have it drilled, I suppose. Another problem I can foresee, is that the governor in the ZF is not the same as one used with the diesels. Might make shifting a little funky.
