Default Washer pump possessed?

Ok, i got my new LR3 back to Calgary from Phoenix and understandably the vehicle is not happy with the climate change, she went from 90F to 20F in just a few days of driving, and now is covered in snow/slush and shivering 24/7. Two brake light bulbs went right away, a reduced engine performance message periodically appears and then goes away on my information display on warm up, which i am getting looked at, but one thing I cant figure out is why (even with -45c) washer fluid, is why my washer pump is only working periodically on the headlights, and now nothing on the front windscreen and nothing to the rear...I initially thought some remaining water froze in the lines from what was in the vehicle in arizona, but once our temp here got to well above freezing and I added almost 4 litres of -45 to the vehicle still nothing.... tomorrow we are supposed to hit 60F or so, if I still get nothing from the windscreen washers I am guessing its a pump issue? I read on another post that some land rovers, older moldels, had different pumps for the different washer locations? I'd like to tackle this without going to the one rover dealer here in calgary, although it may be covered by my extended warranty, i hate taking vehicles to the dealer.

If anybody has had a sim problem or has any advice I would appreciate anything.

Thanks! I am sure she will be happy once I get her climatized and out in some good powder!

Cheers
