While trying to track down an odd mis on my '94 Disco, I found this part attached behind the grill beside the coil. What is it? I can see at least one wire coming from it which is not attached to anything, where should it attach? Both terminals on the coil have 2 wires each already on them? Is this something important that I should have hooked up? Here is the pic:
