I'm looking at similiar job on a 1991 RRC.

The lower speeds stopped working on the blower and I suspect it's those resistors inside the motor.

My Haynes manual has the process broken into 7-9 sections spread over 3 different areas due to wide range of model years (1970-1992). So the 1991 version gets short changed. I can't really tell what is needing to be done although I know its a mess.

YOUR Pictures tell a 1000 words and look down right Scary !!!

Did you find a good description of the process ? Where ?

Thanks
