Nice idea. I've thought it can be too hard to put one together myself.
You might want to check this site out:
www.northwestparts.com. I bought their DII rack and ladder about 2 months ago. They make a nice rack and have similar attachments/options. The tubing diameter on the ladder matches the rack (as opposed to some ladders I've seen around town that look like thinner tubing).
I just wish they made limb risers that work for parking garages!
