Newbie to the Disco world xover from Jeep...
Recently purchased a 97 Disco w/31k. Traded my 97 Tj Wrangler and love this thing. have a couple of Q's? When braking hard on ice the ABS makes a wierd clunking noise at the brake pedal. Is this normal? A little tone alarm sounds as well. Just doesn't seem right.
Also what kind of axles are on the disco. used to the D35 and D44 on my jeep. I do wheel so am possibly looking at upgrades. Lost in this world of discovery. (ok - stupid joke).

Also any advice on lifts (brands) and how much is too much on a Disco to be safe - it is my family car (have a 10 month old lil girl)
