East Coast Rovers ( http://www.eastcoastrover.com/RoverV8.html) does chipping. You could also check with Rovers North ( http://www.roversnorth.com) and JE Robison ( http://www.robisonservice.com) for more info. I think your ECU needs to be a 14CUX to do the chip thing.
