I also thought about the 2inch spring spacers that rovertym has, but really didnt want to deal with driveline angles and having to fix all those problems too. And if i were to go this route, what exactly would i have to fix to get the angles correct?

I'm not certain but I think if you go as much as a 3" lift you should look at some correction radius arms and cranked trailing links. A relocted shock mount would also make more use of the kit.
Personally if you can get the Scorpion Racing Evo kit for that money I think it's a good deal. The Extreme one is fantastic but carries the price tag. Also if you don't plan on doing anything to OTT then the Evo will probably work just as good.
In my experiance it's not just the height needed for fitting bigger tyres, it's physically how big the wheel arch openings are. Some with the arch flare/trim I think have a bigger opening than ones with just metal. But a 33" tyre really is to big to fit, so cutting the arches and adding flares is really your best option.
In fact if you add flares compbined with your 2" then 33" tyres will fit easy and possibly even 35" (but they may rub on max flex).
