Default ICV/ Stepper Motor.

A while back I described a near stall problem/ low idle.. And we all assumed that it was the idle control valve or ICV.F I tried cleaning the dirty stepper motor, and it didnt work, so I went out and got myself a shiny new stepper. It didnt solve the problem, I dunno what the hell I need to do to fix the low idle when engaged in drive.. I have a new air, oil, and filter, fairly fresh tranny fluid, the car is well maintained. I ever replaced the main belt. I really dont know what can be wrong with the car. I noticed that in reverse gear the problem is usually greater, and also when the steering is turned to its maximums. So I plea for Help..
