Funny how you mention rough idle after a decent rain, cause I took my RRC which is a 94, took it wheelin' through some really nasty, runny mud and it covered the whole engine. Of course I cleaned it off, but the idle would sit at an odd 1000 RPM, and not go down, even in gear. This symptom was noticed after replacing the spark plugs that had fried on me after wheelin'. It is ironic, how a few threads ago, I wanted to get the idle to go up a bit and sit at 750 or 800 RPM, now she has done that and gone beyond a little.
But now, the idle is back to where I want it which is at 800 RPM. Maybe some dirt got stuck on the throttle linkage or something, not sure, I didn't do much to readjust mine, it just did it on its own.
