I notice that the diesel springs are a lot bigger on the old diesel.
What I want to know is - Should I replace the petrol springs with heavier ones for the modern diesel - which is lighter than the old lump?
I would go for parabolics if I could afford them. Is there anything else I should know about? - has anyone else done this conversion?

Cheers.

Im a little confused as to what the engine is

The prima is the 2 litre lump out of a montego which is made by perkins

or its a 3.3l perkins 4203 not sure which

If its the prima no need to change springs

if its the 4203 you will need diesel front springs as a minimum as they weigh heavy
