There used to be a well detailed document on spanishtrailrovers.com that showed how to bleed the ABS RRC. That site has been dead for quite awhile.
The procedure is quite wacky compared to standard ABS bleeding. The RAVE cd has the instructions. Maybe I'll try to post them up later tonight.
