Adjustable air suspension on Discos ??
Saw a RangeRoverSport with the adjustable airbag suspension. Guy had placed oversize rims and tyres and got three bags bust for his trouble. One had a slow leak that had to be diagnosed overnight.
That got me to wondering if anyone has seen an transplant air suspension system from a RRS to a Disco before or someone done something completely new for the Discos.
Before anyome says it can't be done, Some guy in Utah(?) designed a new airbag system on a Crysler PT Cruiser using the existing strut system by placing the bags on the top of the shocks in the shock towers. He also got newer airbags made of polystyrene which won't get old and break after some time.
Only problem was the air compressor. He had to use a reserve tank because he could not get compressors fast enough to fill the bags fast enough.
