Well like I said, my friend was taken sick for awhile, even went to the hospital to the ER for some treatment, and never had the oppotunity to sign the lease, and they are virtually staying at the apartment on my friend's money. Well his parent's to be exact.
And the others signed the lease without him to clarify.
