Yup that is the tank for the compressor, is there a compressor in-cased in a box under the passneger side? You might be able to run air ride again, if everything is still there, and another thing; is there a light on your instrument cluster with your gauges indicating the air ride was disabled? The light will look like an "O" with a line going over it, like a wheel arch? If not, I think your air ride system is still good, or it has been simply shut off. Or something like that.
