Airbags? The EAS uses the compressor to fill the original shocks that came from the factory. The springs were always on the vehicle. The hoses, were capped off that originally ran to the air shocks, that would rise the vehicle, or lower the vehicle depending on what the ride height was desired.
The circled item is the stock air shock that raises the vehicle, and of course these people replaced the stock air shock with Bilsteins. Hope this helps.
