Hey Mike --- the dealer just did the 90k factory service (which is a huge service). The problems arise when I stop at a red light or whenever I am at idle (under 1000RPM). I always put premium gas in her. When at park, I'll rev the engine up to just over 1000RPM and the vibration is gone.
