Do you have a check engine light on, how does it run when driving, is it smooth, does it pull hard under power? Does it happen when the engine is hot or cold?
Just out of curiosity, open your hood and look at the under hood liner, does it have any new tears or wear marks on the material? The reason I am asking is I am wondering if your have broken both of your engine mounts, if so the engine will feel rough and it will lift up and rub on the under hood insulation pad.
