It looks more like a spark or injection problem ,but if you had the injector cleaned up and no change occurred it is wise to look the spark plugs, a change would be advisable(original one are required ) . If problem persist buy a canister of carb cleaner and clean the stepper motor entry (remember to write dawn number of turns when taking of the security plug off, and unscrew the inner screw ) or you would have to take it to a dealer to have it calibrated again in between 15 and 30 steps .star here and then we will go on other possible causes .
