Default Window, Seats, Leaks, Hello

Hey folks... good to be here. I spend lots of time on a VW forum taking care of my two air cooled buses.. but I'm helping my wife out and dealing with some problems she's having with her 97 Disco. I'm taking it to the mechanic tomorrow.. (non dealership) to have a look see after I attempted to fix the problem.

#1 Seats won't move.. For a while they wouldn't budge at all.. (power front driver and passenger) but after doing some research on here... I tried cleaning the switches and now the driver's seat moves forward and aft... but only if the driver's door is open. Passenger still won't move. Checked the fuses under the seats and appear to be OK.. any thoughts?

#2 Once again we're having power window problems. It would seem this is a weak link on our model having replaced two other regulators? before on rear windows. Now driver's side makes a heck of a clank when you're rolling it up and it's almost to the top. Might be off track a bit..?

#3 There seem to be some minor leaks .. dripping ATF and Power Steering fluid. I haven't had a chance to peek in there yet.

Anyway, I'll keep you posted on what he says tomorrow.

By the way I'm in Portland, Oregon.

Thanks everyone!!!!
