Great info... I will read all of it before bed tonight.
As for the tune up... it just had one along with having all the high pressure hoses replaced in the engine. This has to do with high speed, long term driving and it always restarts. It just takes a few tries (always three actually... weird). I normally shift into neutral and haven't even stopped before it restarts.
