If you do in fact have spark, it could be
Broken timing chain
Slipped timing
Wiped the lobes off the cam
Entire rocker arm shaft came loose or broke
You got a hole(s) in your piston(s)
What I would do is, pull the distributor cap off and turn over the engine. Make sure the rotor turns.
If it does, pop odd a valve cover. Turn the motor over and make sure the rocker arms move up and down.
If they do, do a compression test.
If you have fuel, spark and compression, you should have a running truck.
