Update...
Still in the shop.. but we told the guy we weren't in a hurry. So far, he's fixed the window, we also got new brakes since were down to 15 percent. But he's still working on the seats. Says there is power to the switches. But I've noticed the cigarette lighter, clock, and seats all don't work.
