You have been around Rovers to know that they will leak to keep up the olf UK image.
Your t/case is leaking, it is normal at some point and not a big deal.
You need to change your fluid if it hasn't been done in the last 20,000 miles and check it once a week or two and see what volumn you are actually loosing. May find you need to add every 3 or 4 months and if the drip marks don't bother your, you're OK if it is a bother plan on pulling the case and have all the seals replaced, cause they all will leak at some time.
