Gleened these from a Bosch MAF, don't know how valid they are for D1s:
rpm volts
700 1.8 (idle)
1000 2.2
1500 2.5
2000 2.8
2500 3.1
3000 3.4
3500 3.9
4000 4.0
4500 4.1
5000 4.2 (max)
