I thought it looked high too, but there isn't any other way to put it lower, it will make my approache angle lower, IMO. 
I like to use spare stuff laying around sometimes. 
Glad you guys like!! There are two brackets on the center bar for off road lights, so sometime I will install two Fog Lamps on there. 
Any suggestions for lights?
