could be almost anthing including something loose inside the vehicle.
Check the UJ's on the propshaft.
More info on when it does and when it DOESN'T make the sound. Is it only pulling away (forward and/or reverse???). Does it happen at speed under accelaration or decelaration, cornering and so on.
