Default IIA MAster Cylinder rebuild problem

Well I finally got around to sticking my rebuilt CV style master cylinder back into my IIA. I went to bleed the pipes and nothing happened. So I starting sticking my vacuum hand pump on a few junctions that I temporarily took apart to diagnose the issue and still nothing. So I disconnected the fluid outlet pipe from the master cylinder and gave the pedal a pump and nothing happened. Fuild IS definitely getting to the input of the master cylinder. But I don't know if it is getting INTO the MC.

I guess I botched my Master cylinder rebuild.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this sort of thing? Does it sound like I blocked the inlet or outlet with something? I thought the rebuild went really well and I was looking forward to a victory lap around the block.
