Go for the basics before you start looking at O2's and MAF's.
Remove the air intake hose and give the throttle body a good cleaning with carb spray, making sure to get all the build up out of the throat and off of the butter fly, when done wipe out all the excess. Then using the same carb cleaner, clean your idle control, don't know on your model if it is an IAC or a spetter motor, but clean it well and this should correct your problem.
