What happened to the deer?
In Texas, many times if you hit a deer you can call the Game Warden and they will harvest the deer and give it to programs to help feed the hungry.
As for the headlight sprayers... you can certainly plug them. Is there a seperate pump for the front sprayers??? I thought there was... if so you might want to pull the wire to that pump... no point running it if you plug the hose. hmmm
I like the idea of just turning them around and spraying someone walking in front of you. haha That could be funny!
