Yes the city by the bay's hills will take a toll on those MPG's.
Capacity is 23 US Gallons. And usually with a fuel light on, I get maybe 2-3 gallons still in the tank, maybe more. I have the exact same truck as yours. Before I put bigger tires on my truck, I was getting around 15-16 on the freeway, and 12-13 city wise. Now with bigger tires, it is like 14 on the freeway I think.
